VISA Statement of Privacy
VISA is committed to protecting the privacy of your personal information. The Code of Conduct requires agents to keep information about a client confidential. This includes personal details about a client, records of interviews, documents and letters. All client information is kept in a file in the security of our office.
It is imperative to us that our clients feel comfortable to disclose all information with the security of confidentiality. All information given to us either in document form or verbally is done so under a system of confidentiality. All VISA staff members have signed confidentiality statements in relation to working with client files.
Although our website is a secure site we do not store any personal information on the site. All information is collected and allocated to the client file. Our site does not request and therefore does not store any information regarding personal banking or credit card disclosure.
No personal client information will be released unless required by law. The Migration Agents Registration Authority can seek access to a client's records for the purpose of investigating a complaint made against you.
